All clients new to the TWC begin with our Jumpstart Program.
We work with you one on one to address any injuries, pain, concerns and goals while introducing you to the Pilates method.
If You Aren't Assessing You Are Guessing - Starting one on one means we meet you where ever you are in your current place of wellness and fitness and focus on movement that feels good. Your safety is top of our list. Our goal is that each session you return with positive results, more confidence in yourself to move well, and an increased energy and excitement for what's possible for you in a body that feels good.
After your 4th session, you will know if Pilates feels good on your body and if you would like to continue. Between you and your instructor, you will be able to determine if joining our classes, or if continuing with privates is best for you.
