Our new Suspension Training classes addresses the fuzz build up called FASCIAL CONDITIONING. In order to release the fascial tension (or fuzz build up), the body needs to relax through the use of breath. The methodology operates from a complete inhale and exhale through the nose with the intention to reduce the heart rate, which reduces the fascial tension. When fascial tension is softened, we can then access the core stabilizers to begin strengthening.
HOW CAN YOU EXPECT TO FEEL AFTER A SUSPENSION CLASS?
- A release of tension or tightness (light in your body)
- strong and stable (hello core!)
- aches and pains reduced or gone
