Sheldon Boreen, Meditation Guide
I don’t know about you, but I feel so much better when my environment is neat and organized. After a long day of work, coming home to a neat space is much more welcoming and soothing.
Making space in your physical home will help in making space in your mental home “The mind”.
Reducing clutter and the things we think we need to own, which is often just “Stuff” can greatly increase your feeling of freedom and reduce the weight, worry and anxiety of accumulation.
To assist you as we begin a new year please come and join Tsawwassen Wellness Centre’s eight week meditation program. It’s focus is just that, reducing the mental accumulation of stuff that we allow in our mind and daily life that takes away from the joy of living.
If you are tired of tripping over the same unnecessary stumbling blocks in life, those patterns and habits that no longer serve you or just want to bring more mindfulness and peace into the moment - come out every Wednesday at 7pm to join us in the instruction and group practice of meditation.
Attached is a very handy and effective check list in letting go of the clutter in your home. Please enjoy the thoughtful way it is written, print it out and start your spring cleaning early. http://96bda424cfcc34d9dd1a-0a7f10f87519dba22d2dbc6233a731e5.r41.cf2.rackcdn.com/twconline/Clearing_Clutter.pdf
