TWC December News

This week marks one month in our new Studio.  It has been amazing!  I am blessed to be working in such a beautiful studio with a stunning surrounding.  To do what I love, with the view of the mountains, greenery, water features and birds is the best it can get. 

While most things have run smoothly, there have been some bumps along the way as we adjust to our new space.  I would like to thank all you, our clients and friends, for your support, feedback and patience while we establish new systems and make adjustments in response to functioning in the space.

We are open to your feedback and suggestions to help make the TWC your special place to be.  Your experience thus far matters to us and your suggestions moving forward will be heard and make a difference to the development of our programs.

Our first month of the yoga program has gone very well.  Clients have been trying out different classes, instructors and time slots.  We are getting a sense of what works and what we need to adjust.  Each month the program will be reviewed and adjusted to support it's growth.

Below is some information that has evolved over the month.

1. Class sizes - yoga maximum of 8 clients/class and Matwork maximumof 7 clients/class
2. Schedule - each month we will review class attendance and cancel classes that have had an average of 2 or less bookings per class for the month. We will then look to where we can add classes that better suit the requests of our clients.

Our goal is to have 15-20 yoga classes per week on the schedule as it grows.  Using your feedback, we will continue to adjust the schedule to one that works for you.

3. We request that all clients pre-book their classes.  Day of bookings must be done by phone.
4. If you cannot attend a class, please early cancel as soon as you know.  This will open up a space for the waiting list.  If you do not cancel, someone else may not be able to attend the class.
