HOW TO GET GREAT GLUTES AND LEGS.


 Lunges are a fast track to great glutes and legs.  They also improve balance, foot and ankle strength.  The picture below shows the lunge on a BOSU, but it is very effective done right on the floor.  I chose bare feet to get more footwork, important for hiking and trail running.

Arms can be at your side to help with balance.  Keep your front foot planted, with your knee in line with your ankle.
