Pilates Matwork Classes

Pilates Matwork will strengthen your core, relieve you of back pain caused by tight
muscles and poor posture.  It will improve the flexibility of your spine, shoulders and hips; and increase your energy and stamina for your day.  The perfect form of exercise for
golfers, walkers, cyclists, tennis players and individuals getting back into exercise.

Classes:  Tuesdays 9:00-10:00 am / Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm / Fridays 9:00—10:00 am

HATHA YOGA

A Hatha yoga program designed to stretch your body, calm your mind and take you inwards.  Improve your balance, flexibility and strength while you breathe and take time for yourself.

Classes: Thursdays 10-11:15 am
